**I received an ARC for an honest review. **

This book was such and entertaining read. I loved Ava's character right from the start. I loved how she was sick of her routine life and wanted to try living life differently so she agrees to housesit for her newly married best friend in London. Little does she know her life is about to change to anything but routine.

I loved that when we meet Ava she is talking Mr. Green, that is just one of the best qualities of Ava. Her inner dialogue was so entertaining and pretty funny at time. Her personality was what made this book so great. I loved that she was a bit silly and would rant on things that hardly made sense (like this review) but that she was fiercely protective of those she loved. She would literally kill for them ;)  I just connected with Ava immediately and loved her throughout this book.

Owen...well I could tell he was pretty badass right from the beginning, but I could also tell that he wasn't going to be the typical heartless hitman. Nope, turns out he had a conscience...don't get me wrong it did not deter from his badassedness at all...he just used his special skill set for people who deserved it. I really enjoyed his inner dialogue because you could feel the shift in him after he meets and spends time with Ava.

I loved these two characters together. Even though their lives should have never crossed,  I loved that they did. They both opened up to each other were so honest, it was nice to read a book where the two main characters didn't beat around the bush. I enjoyed that Ava never once hesitated to trust Owen, that she just felt like she could trust him. It was pretty much the same with Owen, he felt that connection to Ava immediately and knew he could trust her, well after the scene in the parking garage.

I would definitely recommend grabbing this book up for a funny, sexy and thrilling read.

About THE ACCIDENTAL ASSASSIN:

Ava McKenzie is a creature of habit. Life is passing her by and she has nothing to show for it. She’s had the same job since she started college, she orders the same dish every time she goes to her favorite restaurant, and only reads books from authors she knows. There is nothing new or surprising in her life… until her best friend marries a man from London. When her newlywed friend asks her to house-sit while she honeymoons, Ava jumps at the chance. She thinks this could be the very thing she needs to shake up her life. Ava throws herself head first into her new lifestyle; she wants to try everything, go everywhere, and never get stuck in a rut again. Of course, offing a man in a car garage hadn’t been one of the things on her list to try.

Owen Walker spends every day in a new place with a new case. As one of the most renowned assassins in the world, he has his choice of marks—and he’s never failed in a mission. When a new hit takes him back to his hometown, he looks forward to spending time somewhere familiar. What he isn’t expecting is to help an attractive, confused American woman find out how she’s ended up on a hit man’s list.

As Ava and Owen dodge bullets, will they be able to escape their undeniable attraction to each other? Or will all of that chemistry blow up in a shower of hot and dangerous sparks?
