The Unraveling of Raven
(The Unraveled Trilogy)
By Theresa Sederholt

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I won this book from a giveaway several months back and finally was able to read it.

I really enjoyed this book and then storyline. There is plenty if things going on to keep you wanting more. It is multiple POVs which makes the story even better. It is not told in third person but first person so each POV is told from a different person. The only bad part about that is sometimes it just switches without warning and I was sometimes trying to figure out who's POV I was reading at the time. So just a tad confusing sometimes but not enough for me not to enjoy the book as a whole.

There is so much going on in this book and I am sure the next will be just as packed with action, sexy bits and more. At times the transitions are a little choppy but again not enough the distract from the story.

I like Raven and Jax's characters although at times they felt a little underdeveloped. Their relationship is hot and steamy and you can definitely feel the sexual chemistry between them but at times it feels like that is all that there was well at least in the first half. Their relationship did grow and you could feel the shift into love. Although you know that they love each other you feel the frustrations from both sides when it comes to Jax's overprotective nature and Ravens need to run from things all the time. One thing that is great about Ravens character is her ability to still be so sweet and positive after all that she has survived. Sometimes though it was a little frustrating that she didn't take her safety as serious as those around her. Jax definitely is her perfect match and the one to take care of her security.

Max is another if my favorite characters and I like Jackie too. Those are two other POVs that we get from this story. Max is Jax's head of security and Jackie is Ravens best friend. Both of them lead lives that fit perfectly into this storyline their reactions to the happening around them are believable.

This book is not at all what I thought is was going to be but that is a very good thing. There is quite a bit of suspense, mystery and some action. There are things that are not sunshine and Daisy's but more dark and twisted. There is so much that needs to be addressed and resolved and I can not wait to see what comes in book 2.
