**I received an ARC from the Author for an honest review.**
I enjoyed this book. I did not read the first book He Belongs With Me so I might have better connected with the book if I had. But even without reading the first book I really wasn't too lost with the storyline. This book was good and I enjoyed reading it. The characters are a little over the top dramatic, but for the type people that they are trying to convey I suppose it fits.
I like that this male POV wasn't over the top cocky and that Leo knew and admitted his faults even if it was only to me the reader. I did enjoy most of his inner monologue and all his honesty with his feeling towards Clara. That was one thing that I enjoyed about his character. He knew what he wanted and he was done playing games (well mostly) and he was going to get it (Clara). I liked the tension between the two. I did not like the constant running and the chasing, but again I probably would have had a better understanding if I read the first book.
This is a quick read with an HEA so if you like that, then it is for you.
