Oh My Nordic Lords!! Stacey Lynn has done it again with this second book in the Nordic Lords MC series. I absolutely did not think that I could love two characters more than Daemon and Liv from the first book, but I was wrong. I love Ryker and Faith just as much or even more. I actually am loving all of the Nordic Lords and I can only hope that Jaden and Finn will get their own stories too. 

So we met Ryker and Faith in the first book and we know that Faith was sold into whoredom by her crap-tastic druggie of a mother. We also know that Ryker had ran from Jasper Bay five years earlier only to return to a gigantic cluster f*ck. I am pretty sure that I loved Ryker in Point of Return when I saw how he treated Liv and had his brothers back. I only grew to love him more in this book. He is one sexy, bad ass, loyal, protective, and so damn sweet biker when it came to Faith. You can not help but fall in love with the man that Ryker is, when you finally learn all of the burdens he is carrying and the responsibilities that he shoulders. Stacey did another fantastic job writing a male POV which sometimes the male POVs tend to fall a little short...Ryker's did not. 

Let me get to Faith. She is such a strong woman to have been dealt the crap life she had and still come out on the other side. She felt so alone and lost from circumstances out of her control. She felt unloved and basically beat the f*ck down. Her character is one that you can immediately connect with and understand her reasons for giving up on her life. I really enjoyed watching her grow so strong during this book with the help of Liv, Ryker and Jules. I really liked the relationship that her and Ryker shared. You could feel the love and desire between the two and it was super freaking steamy. 

Just because this book is a romance does not mean that there is no action or bad ass parts, because there are. What I like most about this series is that it isn't filled with your typical hard core bikers calling all of their women bitches and ho's. I mean there are old ladies and bunnies but it isn't so harsh. No don't think that this series is fluffy and light with sugar and spice and everything nice. There is plenty of gory action and at times a tad descriptive, but it is so damn awesome. There is blood, guts, gore, guns, drugs, whores and abusive sinister f*ckers in this series. It might not be as dark as most MC books but it definitely holds its own and I can not wait for more. This series is a must read if you like romance and bikers. The Knight brothers are very pleasurable to read and I am pretty damn sure the other members of the Nordic Lords will have stories equally awesome.
